Fit 4 Life is an exercise class led by a personal trainer and will share in guided cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility, and fitness education.
This class is open to people of all abilities and backgrounds.
Class will run Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm September 16 – November 25.
It is recommended that you bring your own exercise mat. We have various light hand weights and bands that can be used. If you would prefer to bring your own, you are welcome!
